Geneva Fast September 11, 2025

Dear members and friends of TEAG,

It is with great joy that we extend this fraternal invitation to our next meetings:
We will have the pleasure of meeting on Monday, August 25, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the John Knox Center for our plenary session. It will be a special time for meeting, sharing, and discussion. This meeting is an essential opportunity, allowing us to reflect and experience together the fraternal moments that are the strength of TEAG. Your presence is precious!

“Where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I in the midst of them” (Matthew 18:20).

For some time now, TEAG has been committed to placing the Word of God and prayer at the center of its activities, as inspired by its founder, Lukas Vischer. We invite you to a short time of prayer and meditation online via Zoom, on Thursday, August 21, 2025, from 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Simply click on the link below:

This event is intended to be simple yet profound and edifying.

Finally, we invite you to a powerful and unique moment: the celebration of the Geneva Fast, on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at the Anglican Church starting at 2 p.m. (Rue du Mont-Blanc, 14 Bis, 1201, Genève).
Beyond a simple public holiday, the Geneva Fast has its roots in the Christian faith. This celebration will also be an opportunity to rediscover and share it with immigrant communities, who are fully engaged in Geneva’s religious landscape.
In addition, through its collaboration with the ACP association, TEAG will welcome Pastor A*, who will share a poignant testimony on the condition of Christians in India.
Le Pasteur A

Pastor A* lives in northern India, in the heart of a region where Christians face intense persecution. Despite opposition, he has founded numerous churches and developed discipleship networks in areas particularly hostile to the gospel.
Alongside his wife, a fervent woman of God and an extraordinary supporter of his ministry, he serves with passion and perseverance.
On the occasion of the Geneva fast celebration, he will share with us the reality experienced by Christians in this region of the world and how they respond to persecution.
A man of fire and enthusiasm for Jesus, accompanied by an equally committed wife, he will inspire and encourage us in our faith.

We hope to see many of you at these various events, enjoying the joy of meeting and the richness of sharing together.

With all our friendship,
TEAG Secretariat
